Semi-private. Situated on an Appalachian mountain ridge, the course follows along the lake, through valleys bordered with hardwood trees although the fairways are fairly open. There are 6 par 5s, 6 par 4s, and some par 3s adding to the choice and challenge. Site of the 2000 Women\'s West Virginia Golf Association Senior Invitational. Established in 1978.
